My approach is reasonable dividing of the lesson into parts: speaking, grammar, listening, and a quiz. During the lesson you write down new words and expressions and I make sure you can use them in a sentence yourself. I give home tasks and demand that they should be done in time. After my lessons you'll use English like a native speaker.
